"You're too young to change the world."
This is a horrible lie. How many times have you found yourself learning from people younger than you? And how many times have you bumped off to something and then realized a handful lesson from it?
Even wise men learn from children. If I shall rephrase; wise men actually learn from them and they don't deny it. Only fool deny learning from the "simple" things of this life.
Even a baby can change the world.
A newly wed man had his first baby. This incident of his life moved him to take life seriously and excel in his job. His excellence was so radical and contagious that everyone in the office was motivated to do the same. As a result, the company hit its highest record in sales. The company earned so much that it decided to support a group of needy people in different countries. And then most of the recipient soon became successful in life. They were so grateful compelling them to do the same. Thus, they have shown kindness to people they can identify with. And the story goes on.
People can say it's the recipients who changed the world, or the company, or the staff. They're all right. But the baby was the means, whatever name was given to him, he sparked the light. He motivated his father to ignite the fire, and make it contagious.
Wherever you are, how young or old you may be, you can change the world. But you can't change the world alone. Start the change in you, and in your sphere of influence. You don't know where it can go.
You are not too young. :)
